    Yet another craving of Mine. "White Asparagus" But sadly here I have to buy canned white asparagus (in a glass jar-canned) from the German Deli. This is a Northern German Love. White Aspargus is milder in taste and more tender than its counterpart. If you want to know more about White asparagus just go to wiki or search anyway you perfer. Anyway in the photo it is served with Hollandiase sauce but I perfer mine in White sauce wrapped in crepes :)
